Then maybe we should know each other.
for everyone. It's easy to forget what you've learned. Sometimes you're beyond thrilled with your progress and all of a sudden, it feels like there's a bungee cord around your waist that yanks you back into the pit - no matter how far you think you've traveled from it. And there you are, again, with the mud drying in the crack of your ass wondering how it happened... again.
the journey can often feel even more laborious. Especially when you make the effort - you journal, meditate, watch inspiring YouTube videos, take classes, read the Masters - and still feel like you're just not getting it. Reading the comments on blog posts and videos is the WORST because it seems like everyone else understands and is progressing while you're just stuck. Then you either want to give up, question whether you really may need medication, or worse - ask what the hell is wrong with you.
It dug deep neural pathways into my nervous system that were resistant to new beliefs about my worth, potential and abilities. It sculpted demons in my mind whose job it was to make sure that those pathways were buttressed. And no matter how hard I tried, I found myself repeating many of the patterns that reinjured my self-esteem and left me feeling worthless and alone.
Combine all of that with my empathic and creative nature, and it took me years to find the tipping point, to finally reach a place where those beliefs and patterns were truly in the rear view.
I can admit that no matter how committed I was to knowing who I really am, to feeling peaceful inside and to experiencing the best life has to offer, maintaining the motivation was impossible at times.

I am assembling everything I've learned to support you on your self-discovery adventure. It's important to match the right message with where you are in any given moment because you need different tools for different situations. You wouldn't use a screw driver to pull a nail out of the wall. Sure, it might work... eventually, but the damage done in the meantime wreaks havoc on the wall and leaves a crap-ton of exhaustion in its wake. You don't need to waste that energy anymore.
